Publishing guideline

Acknowledgements
All papers or pre-prints published resulting from the project must acknowledge the support of the EU as follows:

"This paper is a result of the ERC-SyG project, Recursive and Exact New Quantum Theory (ReNewQuantum) which received funding from the European Research Council (ERC) under the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 810573."

NOTE: if not all authors are members of the ReNewQuantum project add "partly" to the first sentence.

Open access
The paper or pre-print must be published on arXiv.

EU reporting
Notify the project coordinator (qm@sdu.dk) at the time of subimission to arXiv or acceptance from a journal/proceedings.
All project related publications will appear on this website.

Events

Announcing an event on the website
Send an e-mail to the project coordinator (qm@sdu.dk) with the following information:
- event name + type (conference, workshop, school, etc.)
- date
- venue
- website

Travel

Regulation
Travel for events, project related meetings or research visits is to be paid by each of the four host institutions (HI), so they each pay for their own project members.
